By serving our school clients well from 1988 until 1997, we were given the opportunity to design and successfully complete our first public school modernization. Since 1997 ImageWorks has continued to work with a number of school districts to develop modernization scopes of work and to complete the construction documents, bidding, and construction phases of these projects.

We have diligently worked with our district clients to develop practical budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects. In addition, great effort is taken to find a balance between repairing and upgrading infrastructure versus aesthetic repairs and maintenance, such as painting and floor finishes. Although infrastructure modernization is essential, district staff and the community find it important to provide the aesthetic modernization as well.

Children gain pride of ownership from their school when it is clean and inviting, and pride of ownership translates into both the students taking care of the school and providing an environment that is conducive to learning.
