New K-8 Campus
ImageWorks was commissioned by the Learning Repertoire Academy
to work with its planning team, as well as the chartering district,
Sacramento Unified School District, and the neighboring community
to develop innovative solutions for the educational needs of
the children.
Through a collaborative effort, the design team developed
educational specifications which have been translated into
a creative site planning solution, along with building layouts
and adjacencies that foster an environment conductive to learning.
The design team has created several outdoor courts, plazas,
and activity areas enhancing the education experience.
The construction materials and methods take advantage of
modular technology in order to reduce overall costs of the
project.
ImageWorks encourages a collaborative design environment
with the understanding that design solutions are always more
comprehensive and creative when this collaborative process
is embraced.
