Interim Campus
ImageWorks worked with the Los Rios Community College District
to develop an interim campus facility. The first phase of the
complete campus design and construction was needed to serve
the college until subsequent phases were designed and constructed.
This initial phase included classroom buildings, an administration
building, and a library building. In order to meet short timelines
and tight budget constraints, the facility was designed utilizing
modular design innovations to reduce construction costs by
25 percent of conventional methods and reducing the construction
schedule by 30 percent.
Since 1988 we have been assisting school districts like Los
Rios Community College District in meeting their facility
needs through the design and construction of modular building
component construction methods, thus providing viable solutions
to reduce project costs and schedules.
